A man confirmed dead in a hotel in Anambra after using sex enhancers

Barely three weeks after a video went viral of a married man found dead in a hotel after a sex romp with a prostitute, another middle-aged man, Paul Okwudili, was confirmed dead yesterday morning after having sex with a lady in Onitsha, Anambra State.
It was gathered that the lady who went to the hotel with the deceased called on the hotel management when the man’s breathing became abnormal. The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Haruna Mohammed, confirmed the incident to newsmen.
He said: “On 24/2/2020 at about 00:03a.m. the manager of Plus View hotel in Onitsha reported at Central Police Station, Onitsha that one Paul Okwudili’s’ aged about 40 years of Ogboliolosi off Awka Road Inland town, Onitsha, allegedly took a lady to the hotel and lodged.
“Minutes later, the lady came out shouting for help and the hotel manager, who went to the room and discovered the man was gasping for breath, rushed him to St. Charles Boromeo Hospital Onitsha for medical attention where the victim was later confirmed dead by a medical doctor. Meanwhile, the scene was visited by police detectives attached to CPS Onitsha and photograph of the victim was obtained.
“No marks of violence on the deceased body but some drugs were discovered in the hotel room reasonably suspected to be enhancement drugs. The body has been deposited at the hospital mortuary for autopsy.
“Also, the lady has been arrested while investigation is ongoing to ascertain circumstances surrounding the incident. The lady is 30 years old. She alleged that the victim’s organ refused to stand initially, so he took drugs in her presence and that after sometime, the male organ became erect and they started lovemaking. But while having intercourse, she noticed that the man was behaving strangely, hence she ran out and shouted for help.”
It would be recalled that early this month,a businessman also died in a hotel in Onitsha during a sex romp with a widow. The man had checked in with a lady at about 5:00p.m., but not quite 30 minutes later, he started shouting for help, holding his chest.
“He clutched at his chest and was shouting for help and the hotel management took him to hospital but he passed on before reaching there. The woman left the hotel immediately after the incident. Somebody who saw them together about two hours before they checked into the hotel identified the female partner as a widow in the vicinity who lost her husband two years ago,’’ an eyewitness had said.

Whatsapp To Let Users Message Without Their Phones

WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will let people message without using their phone for the first time. At present, WhatsApp is linked to a user’s phone. Its desktop and web apps need that device to be connected and receiving messages. But the new feature will let users send and receive messages “even if your phone battery is dead”. Up to four other devices – like PCs and tablets – can be used together, WhatsApp said. To begin with, the new feature will be rolled out as a beta test for a “small group of users”, and the team plans to improve performance and add features before enabling it for everyone. End-to-end encryption – a key selling point for WhatsApp – will still work under this new system, it said. Several other messaging apps already have such a feature, including rival encrypted app Signal, which requires a phone for sign-up, but not to exchange messages. But the feature has long been requested by WhatsApp users – of which there are a reported two billion. ‘A rethink’ In...
