The 16th President of The United States of America: Abraham Lincoln wrote a letter to his son's teacher on his 1st day in class..
"It is his 1st day in school and alot of things are going to be strange for him. Treat him gently but mould him firmly.
~He will have to learn i know, that all men are not just, all men are not true, but teach him that for every scoundrel there is a hero, and for every selfish politician there is a dedicated leader.

~Teach him that for every enemy there is a friend.
~Teach him that a dollar earned is far off more value than five dollars found.
~Teach him to learn to lose and also enjoy winning.     YES I CAN..
~Steer him away from envy; if you can.
~Teach him the secrets of quiet laughter.
 IN SCHOOL,
~Teach him that it is more honoured to fail than to cheat.
~Teach him the wonders of books but also give him quiet time to ponder on the eternal mystery of birds in the sky, bees in the sun and flowers of a green hillside.
~Teach him to have faith in his own ideas even if every one tells him they are wrong.
~Teach him to be gentle with gentle people and tough with tough people.
~Teach him to laugh when he is sad. ~Teach him that there is no shame in tears.
~Try to give him the strength not to follow the crowd when everyone is getting on the bandwagon.
~Teach him to listen to all men, but teach him also to filter all he hears on the screen of truth and take only the good ones that come through.
~Teach him to close his ears on a howling mob and to stand and fight if he thinks he is right.
~Teach him gently but do not cuddle him, because only the taste of fire makes fine steel.
~Teach him to have courage and be patient, let him have patience and be brave.
~Teach him always to have sublime faith im his creator and faith in himself too, because there he will always have faith in mankind."
To all the teachers, mothers and all lovers of children, this is what every child needs to learn. Help mould a great generation..

Whatsapp To Let Users Message Without Their Phones

WhatsApp is testing a new feature that will let people message without using their phone for the first time. At present, WhatsApp is linked to a user’s phone. Its desktop and web apps need that device to be connected and receiving messages. But the new feature will let users send and receive messages “even if your phone battery is dead”. Up to four other devices – like PCs and tablets – can be used together, WhatsApp said. To begin with, the new feature will be rolled out as a beta test for a “small group of users”, and the team plans to improve performance and add features before enabling it for everyone. End-to-end encryption – a key selling point for WhatsApp – will still work under this new system, it said. Several other messaging apps already have such a feature, including rival encrypted app Signal, which requires a phone for sign-up, but not to exchange messages. But the feature has long been requested by WhatsApp users – of which there are a reported two billion. ‘A rethink’ In...

Its National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, in a statement said the lawmaker “should be aware of the provision of the Constitution which made it compulsory for any member of the National Assembly who defected to another party to immediately vacate his seat.” According to him, the main opposition is not fazed by Abbo’s decision. “Abbo is fully aware of the constitutional implication of his decision to defect to another party, which is that he cannot continue to occupy the seat of the PDP in the Senate,” he clarified. The party said it would take immediate steps to ensure the senator does not remain in the upper legislative chamber. “The place of any senator who changed parties except on the grounds provi...
